Left Turn is a quarterly publication (4x per year) distributed in newsstands and bookstores throughout the US and Canada. Our estimated readership is over 15,000, reaching a diverse range of activists and organizers on the front lines of the struggle for social justice.

Besides our rapidly growing subscriber base and our newsstand sales, Left Turn tables at conferences throughout the year and organizes public forums in major cities across North America, making sure that the publication keeps a public face and keeps growing with every issue published. In addition several thousand copies are sent (for free) to activist distributors in states throughout the US, specifically in those with traditionally less access to this kind of alternative left media.

We only offer a limited amount of advertising in each issue (approx one ad per 10 pages in an 88 page publication), and only then to progressive organizations whose mission statements we support. As you will see, our ad rates are much lower then similar national publications.
